WeAir Masks is a Vancouver based company newly founded by a small group of friends who want to help build a better mask and provide them to the people who need it most.
The idea was sparked from the current global COVID19 crisis and our mission is to keep all of you as healthy as possible in order to flatten the curve. We’ve created an affordable and accessible mask that also gives back to the most vulnerable community in BC; the DTES.
We have immense gratitude and compassion for all the front line workers who are still going to work every day to serve us and save us. From health care professionals, to store clerks, to tradespeople…the list goes on and our hearts go out to these incredibly selfless people for risking their own health to help fellow humans. We’re here to do our part and help pay it forward.
Masks for Humanity
Our goal is to protect you, while also giving back to the planet. For every pack of masks sold WeAir is planting a tree.
WeAir is also currently running a campaign to assist Vancouver’s most vulnerable neighborhood, the Downtown Eastside. For every pack sold we will donate masks to the DTES organizations that work the front lines nurturing the homeless, mentally challenged and addicted every single day.
While we are able so to practice “social distancing” many do not have this option as they are living on the streets, overcrowded shelters and SROs (single room occupancy).
Many of these organizations have no additional funding for “luxuries” such as masks, and even if they did, they are in short supply or sold out from many manufacturers.
